Within the Center City of Charlotte you will find many cool “in-town” neighborhoods like: Dilworth, Elizabeth, Myers Park, NoDa, Sedgefield, South End and Wesley Heights to name a few.
Each of these neighborhoods has its own flavor which is different than the others. Some of the neighborhoods have more residential homes as compared to others that might have more retail and true apartments vs. the single family homes you would find in Myers Park.
